  • We operate on a tipping model. So you can pay us whatever you think is fair or not pay anything at all, if it wasn’t helpful. For full transparency, we are considering moving to a subscription model in the future once we are out of beta and have built more features.

  • Truffle Health automatically catches common errors and overcharges on medical bills. Additionally, by connecting to your insurance, we can point out out-of-pocket spending insights and help you budget for future medical expenses.

  • When you create a Truffle Health account, you have the option to link your health insurance account to Truffle Health. Once linked, Truffle Health automatically syncs your health insurance information, including information about your insurance plan and all of your health care claims.

  • Truffle Health analyzes your health care information to find savings opportunities and spending insights, and then displays this information to you (and only you). We will not share your information with anyone else, unless you explicitly ask us to. This is very important to us. Additionally, you can delete your data at any time per our Privacy Policy.
